Information submitted to Holibeta may be used to quote, plan, document, clear, transport, invoice, support and audit logistics work. Access is role-controlled and sensitive actions may be logged.

Documents

Cargo and identity documents may contain sensitive commercial or personal information. They should be uploaded only through approved channels and retained according to business, legal and regulatory requirements.

AI-assisted processing

Where enabled, AI services may assist with document classification and extraction. AI output is treated as advisory and is subject to human review before it changes a controlled customs, finance or operational record.
